Marcellus man arrested on child pornography charges
On Dec. 12, 2018, state police arrested Jeremy J. King, 37, of Marcellus, for two counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.
King is accused of uploading several images consistent with child pornography via the internet. He was arraigned in Marcellus Town Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.
King is scheduled to return Monday, Dec. 17, 2018, to Marcellus Town Court.
The investigation stemmed from an Internet Crimes Against Children cyber tip. State police members were assisted by agents from Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Marshals Service.
