Liverpool man arrested on sex abuse charges
State Police arrested Timothy Scott, 44, from Liverpool, for first-degree sex abuse, a class D felony; forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
Scott is accused of having sexual contact with a male under the age of 13 on several occasions. He was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center for centralized arraignment.
State police were assisted in this investigation by Onondaga County Child Protective Services and the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center in Syracuse.
