(Poolville, NY – April 23, 2014) The Poolville Winter Farmers’ Market wraps up for the season this Saturday, April 26. Come visit with your favorite local farmers, see what they have growing, and brush up on where to find them this summer.
Available market products will include: spring greens, spinach and lettuces, carrots and radishes, herbs, maple syrup, specialty baked goods, sour-dough breads, farm-fresh eggs, cheeses, granola, mushrooms, and locally raised beef, pork, goat, poultry and lamb.
Market goers can enjoy a unique meal from the market café Annie Evans of Gypsy~Girl Wood Fired Pizza in Sherrill will be at the market, preparing pizzas to order with her wood-fired oven. Pick out the toppings for your pie and then shop while it bakes.
The Market is located at 7484 Willey Road in Poolville. Market hours are from 10 a.m. to noon.
