  • Brandon M. Fura, 20, 4906 Hill Rd., Oneida, was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. 

Sept. 1, 2019

  • Troy S. Allen Jr., 24, 217 Gansevoort Ave., Rome, was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, operating while using a mobile device and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Brandy M. Howlett, 34, 132 E. Seneca St., Canastota, was charged with having a broken windshield, obstructed view, operating without insurance, uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.  She was also arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.  She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.

Sept. 3, 2019

  • Tyler M. Atkinson, 20, 637 Fitch St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with failure to keep right, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.  He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance. 
  • A 16 year old male from Verona was summoned to Madison County Family Court to answer charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree and sexual misconduct. 
  • Alicia J. Lenhart, 62, 5804 Germany Rd., Verona, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Sept. 4, 2019

  • Ray-Lin Pettibone, 22, 338 Williams St., Oneida, was arrested for harassment in the second degree, criminal obstruction of breathing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.  She was arraigned in the Town of Lincoln Court and released on her own recognizance.
  • Richard D. Tennant, 25, 402 E. Bloomfield St., Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree, unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.  He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1000 cash or $2000 bond.

Sept. 5, 2019

  • Nicole M. Bornschein, 30, 211 Allen St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate exhaust, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
  • John L. Chesebro II, 37, 307 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a Madison County Supreme Court warrant for drug treatment, alleging that he failed to abide by conditions.  He was sent to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail and remanded pending further court action.
  • Brian C. Kimpel, 43, 348 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Christopher M. Barcomb, 33, 102 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with failure to report change of address.

Sept. 6, 2019

  • Natasha L. Curtis, 27, 334 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Justin M. Meyers Sr., 35, 115 Sherman St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to report for an intermittent sentence on an original charge of criminal trespass in the and degree.  He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • James F. Emmons, 35, PO box 70, Lacona, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to complete community service on a trespass charge.  He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

  • Nicole R. Camp, 45, 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

  • Brittany Mazzaferro, 29, 6992 Stokes Westernville Rd., Ava, was charged with speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Matthew E. West, 29, 218 Wilson Ave., Canastota, was charged with obstructing government administration and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Sept. 9, 2019

  • Justin M. Meyers Sr., 35, 115 Sherman St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to comply with intermittent rules regarding controlled substances.  He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bail.
  • Stephanie N. Znuj, 24, 102 Seneca Ave., Oneida Castle, was charged with unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree and leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident.
  • A 17 year old female from Oneida was charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

Sept. 12, 2019

  • Daniel T. Butt, 31, 175 Madison St., was charged with obstructed vision, illegal signal, failure to use an ignition interlock device when required, unlicensed operator, operating without insurance, operating with a suspended registration and 2 counts of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
  • Jonah L. Perry, 40, 1962 Middle Rd., Oneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, false inspection sticker and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
  • Erin E. Chesebro, 37, 209 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.  She was also arrested on an arrest warrant for violation of parole. 

Sept. 13, 2019

  • Lewis E. Joslyn, 37, 315 Seneca St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Brandon P. Walsh, 33, 221 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny and burglary in the third degree.  He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded without bail.
  • Saquan T. Howard, 29, 617 Hawley Ave., Syracuse, was charged with failure to yield the right of way at a yield sign, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.

Sept. 14, 2019

  • Mark C. Pfenninger, 59, 4125 Union St., N. Chili, NY, was charged with operating without headlights and operating a MV with a suspended registration.
  • Charles E. Kampf, 38, 10289 Baldwin Dr., Brookfield, NY, was charged with failure to dim headlights, inadequate taillights and 2 counts of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree. 
  • Kerri A. Kampf, 37, 10289 Baldwin Dr., Brookfield was charged with facilitating aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree. 
  • Brian E. Karst, 47, 305 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with moved from lane unsafely, imprudent speed, refusal to submit to a breath screening device, failure to use designated lane, failure to keep right, failure to notify DMV of address change and driving while intoxicated.  This was following a one vehicle accident on W. Elm St., in Oneida.
  • Troy P. Henry, 26, 5956 Stockbridge Falls Rd., Munnsville, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree.
  • Clifford J. Congdon, 40, 3710 Carter Rd., Canastota, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to pay fines, fees and surcharges on an original charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.  He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

  • Nathan D. May, 41, 3653 Seneca Trnpk., Canastota, was charged with having a suspended registration, uninsured and uninspected motor vehicle and inadequate exhaust.

  • Michael A. Ellsworth, 25, 235 Belmont Ave., Oneida, was charged with speed in zone, unregistered motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. 
  • Aaron S. Sochia, 29, 1600 Canal Rd., Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. 

Sept. 17, 2019

  • Jaime L. Vega, 52, 239 Broad St., was charged with petit larceny.
  • Sonya M. Wheeler, 32, 120 N. Willow St., Oneida, was charged with operating while using a portable electronic device and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Stefanie L. Britton, 34, 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny (2 counts) and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree. 
  • Cassandra Eve Jayson, 28, 7040 Bruce Rd., Canastota, was charged with petit larceny and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Sept. 19, 2019

  • Brandy A. Jones, 42, 1120 Co. Rd. 23, Constantia, was charged with no seatbelt, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
