Oct. 4, 2019:
- Robert S. Hinckley, 26, of 5141 Sand Hill Road, Verona, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $350 cash or bond.
Oct. 5, 2019:
- David R. Miller, 62, of 357 Hillsdale Ave., Syracuse, was charged with no seatbelt, inadequate stop lamps and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
Oct. 6, 2019:
- Jeffrey A. Waterman, 34, of 2198 Upper Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident, moving from lane unsafely, driving on the shoulder, failure to keep right, drove to left of pavement markings, unsafe tire, failure to use designated lane, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speed not reasonable or prudent.
- Brian C. Kimpel, 43, of 7360 John Peet Road, Canastota, was charged with no seatbelt, unlicensed operator, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and no ignition interlock device when required.
Oct. 7, 2019:
- Katherine A. Joslyn, 31, of 146 Main St., Oneida, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond.
- Sonya L. Pickard, 27, of 3753 Mason Road, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for disorderly conduct.
- Kathryn M. Lesswing, 39, of 150 Madison St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges of petit larceny, third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
- Joseph F. Arsenault, 39, of 915 Arcadia Ave., Utica, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging failure to appear for sentencing on a charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond.
Oct. 8, 2019:
- Lewis E. Joslyn, 38, of 315 Seneca St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 9, 2019:
- A 17-year-old Oneida male was charged with petit larceny and is set to appear at Madison County Probation.
Oct. 10, 2019:
- Courtney R. Hall, 25, of 1412 N. Lake St., Oneida, was arrested on a criminal summons charging her with second-degree harassment.
- Susan L. Gates, 29, of 257 Williams St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to pay fines and surcharges on a charge of possession of a hypodermic instrument. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or bond.
- Scott J. Thornton, 49, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a charge of public lewdness. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
