Investigation by Oneida City Police led to the discovery of methamphetamine manufacturing operation in an apartment at 309 Farrier Avenue, Oneida, Oct. 10.
According to police the following arrests were made:
- Victoria Granger, 29, was charged with single counts each of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- Elizabeth Waldron, 35, was charged with one count of second-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials.
- Shawn Jarvis, 33, was charged with single counts each of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Chief Paul Thompson said the state police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team responded to assist with disposal.
