MISCELLANEOUS UTILITY BILLING: Authorize the Miscellaneous Utility Billing for unpaid service charges, water rents and sewer taxes in the amount of $53,536.93 be inserted into the 2019 assessment roll to be re-levied into the 2020 tax roll. (Schuler)
2020 BUDGET: Adopt the 2020 City of Oneida Budget. (Council)
RETIREE REIMBURSEMENT: Authorize the reimbursement of the cost of Medicare Part B coverage for all eligible retired City employees and any eligible dependents, who retired prior to July 1, 2015, regardless of union affiliation or non-affiliation, and regardless of whether said retiree is enrolled in the City’s Medicare Advantage & Prescription Program for the year 2020. ADVERTISE FOR BIDS: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for the Kenwood Sanitary Sewer Force Main Repair. (Schuler)
EXTENSION OF CONTRACT: Authorize the extension of the WWTP Polymer Contract through 2020, in accordance with the existing contract. (Schuler)
EXTENSION OF CONTRACT: Authorize the extension of the WWTP Liquid Iron Salts Contract through 2020, in accordance with the existing contract. (Schuler)
EXTENSION OF CONTRACT: Authorize the extension of the WWTP Laboratory Services-Analytical contract, in accordance with the existing contract. (Schuler)
GRANT APPLICATION: Authorize the Recreation Director to apply for the “Safe Routes to Parks” grant. (Griff)
BUDGET TRANSFERS/AMENDMENTS: Approve transfers/amendments to re-allocate funds for contractual tuition reimbursements and for closing pool expenses. (Wells)
