(Chittenango, NY – Feb. 2013) Chittenango’s Kenny Galbraith and Isaac Czarnecki competed in the Section III Class B Sectionals Thursday at Onondaga Community College SRC Center. Czarnecki opened in the grueling 3200-meter event and Galbraith ran the 4×400.
