Morrisville State suffered a 4-1 opening quarter setback as Medaille posted the first four tallies of the day, until a Geswaldo score with 1:03 remaining in the quarter put the Mustangs on the board.
The Mustangs outscored Medaille 10-9 over the final three quarters, but a crucial turnover with just under two minutes to go gave the Mavericks possession for the remainder of the contest and kept Morrisville State out of the offensive zone, as they were edged for the win.
