(Sherburne, NY – Oct. 15, 2013) Only three more weeks to enter the 5th biennial Chenango Bird Club photo contest. We welcome entries from all amateur photographers. Photos must be taken in Chenango or surrounding counties and may be entered in the following categories: Birds and Birding, General Nature, Humorous or Youth Photographers (16 or under).
There is no entry fee and no limit to the number of entries you submit, but each one must be accompanied by an entry form. Prizes will be awarded in each category. Entry deadline is Nov. 6. Photos will be displayed and judged by Chenango Bird Club members on Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Chenango Bird Club meeting at Rogers Environmental Education Center’s Bird Cabin, next to the visitor parking lot.
