(Oneida, NY – Oct. 16, 2013) Michael B. Cvetezar, 32, of Kossuth Street, Rome was arrested Oct. 11 on charges of third-degree Burglary, a class D Felony and two counts of Petit Larceny.
Cvetezar is alleged to have entered Wal Mart after being previously banned and stole merchandise.
He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $2,000 to appear Oct. 18.
