(Oct. 2013) Recent letters from some Madison residents indicate that they do not want change in our town and that they support the turbine law recently passed by the current Board of Supervisors. However, the new law will result in major changes for our community and will impact a majority of Madison residents.
The Madison Unity candidates have joined together to work for a better Madison with a goal to unify the residents of the Town of Madison, regardless of party affiliation. They have pledged to listen and be responsive to all our citizens and to operate an open and fair-minded board for all residents.
Plan to attend their Tuesday open houses on Route 20 from 6 to 9 p.m. to meet the Madison Unity candidates: David Sonn for Town Supervisor, and Joe Koen and David Jordan for Town Council. They have welcomed my questions and input and I am confident they will yours as well.
A vote for the Madison Unity slate on Nov. 5 is a vote for a better Madison.
