(Oneida, NY – Nov. 4, 2013) Brandon Stevens, 19, of Madison Street, Oneida was charged Oct. 31 with Disorderly Conduct, and is to appear in court Nov. 8.
Stephen J. Colvin, 29, of Jones Road, Munnsville was charged Nov. 1 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart. He is to appear Nov. 15.
John C. Barlow, 24, of N. Main Street, Oneida was charged Nov. 1 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He is to appear Nov. 8.
Nora G. Griffin, 54, of Peterboro Road, Stockbridge was charged Nov. 1 with Disorderly Conduct. She is to appear Nov. 15.
Kimberly A. Barlow, 32, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was charged Nov. 2 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. She is to appear Nov. 12.
Gregory Ramacus, 33, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida and Ramases Ramacus, 38, of Williams Street, Oneida were issued appearance tickets Nov.2 to appear in Oneida City Court Nov. 12 to answer a charge of Possession of open container of alcohol in public.
David R. Kilts, 19, of Broad Street, Oriskany Falls was charged Nov. 3 with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child and Unlawful possession of marijuana. Kilts is alleged to have provided alcohol to two people less than 21 years of age. He is to appear Nov.15.
Christopher P. Gagnon 2nd, 20, of Middle Road, Munnsville was charged Nov. 3 with Unlawful possession of marijuana, Possession of alcohol under 21 years of age and Consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He is to appear Nov. 12.
Kameron B Hakimi, 17, of Hanover Road, Waterville was issued an appearance ticket Nov. 3 to appear in Oneida City Court Nov. 12 to answer a charge of Unlawful possession of marijuana.
Beth A. Mabie, 42, of Route 20, Morrisville was charged Nov. 1 with second-degree Possession of a Forged Instrument, a class D Felony and third-degree Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance .She is alleged to have possessed an altered prescription and presented at a pharmacy in an attempt to get the prescription filled. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
Justin T. Thomas, 21, of Verona Street, Vernon was arrested Nov. 1 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear for appointments to conduct pre- sentence investigation as directed by the court on a charge of fourth-degree Criminal Facilitation. He is to appear Dec. 13.
Tyler A. Havener, 17, of Johns Street, Durhamville was charged Nov. 3 with Operating with more than one passenger under the age of 21, Operating out of class and Failure to dim headlights. A passenger in his vehicle, Brian K. Ward Jr., 17, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was charged with Possession of alcohol under 21 years of age. They are to appear Nov. 12.
