Lagowitz finished with a personal best scoring average of 79.13. The junior posted top-35 finishes in both of his spring appearances, including a tie for 31st at the Lafayette Invitational.

Freshmen Claim Scoring Race
Despite not counting in the scoring Sunday, first-year golfers Chris Wilson and Ryan Allison finished the season 1-2 in Colgate stroke average for the season.
Wilson shot 79 Sunday and was Colgate’s best individual finisher with a tie for 11th place at 12-over 222. For the year, the freshman led the Raiders with a 75.75 strokeaverage and counted toward the team score in 21 of 24 rounds. He was the only Colgate golfer inside the top-50 in all nine tournaments, including a third-place result at the Bucknell Invitational.
Allison shot 80 Sunday to finish in a tie for 29th place at 24-over-par 234. He birdied one hole to give him a team-leading six for the tournament. The freshman finished second on the squad with a 76.08 stroke average and counted toward the team score in 23 of his 24 rounds. Allison posted four top-25 results, including a tie for third at the Cornell Invitational.
