(Oneida, NY – May 2014) After School Science at the Oneida Public Library on Tuesday May 27 at 4 p.m. focuses on the reproductive powers of flowering plants under the guidance of Jen Herzog, professor of biology at Herkimer County Community College.

Herzog will provide elementary and middle-school students with an introduction to botanical reproduction and a hands-on examination of flowers.

The program is free and open to all students. For more information, stop by the Oneida Library, 220 Broad St., or call 363-3050.

 OPL closed on Memorial Day

Oneida Public Library will be closed Monday, May 26, in honor of Memorial Day. The library will be open as usual on Tuesday, May 27, at 9 a.m.
