(Madison County, NY – Sept. 2014) Polls will be open from noon to 9 p.m. Sept. 9 for the Democratic primary election. All election districts in the city of Oneida and the towns of Madison County will hold a primary election for the Democratic Party only for the offices of governor, lieutenant governor and Member of the Assembly – 121st District.
