(Chittenango, NY – Dec. 2, 2014) State Police in Oneida are investigating a Bank Robbery that occurred around 12:30 p.m. this afternoon at the Oneida Savings Bank located at 519 West Genesee St. in the Village of Chittenango.
The Village of Chittenango Police Department along with State Police are searching for a female suspect who entered the bank, handed the teller a note, threatened the use of a gun and left on foot headed south on West Genesee Street. No handgun was displayed.
The suspect is described as a white female, in her late 20’s to early 30’s, 5’8″ tall, 180 lbs, wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans and sneakers. She was also carrying a black shoulder purse.
