(Morrisville, NY – Dec. 2014) If you haven’t stopped in to enter to win a free Elf on the Shelf book set, do so now. We draw one winner at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 19. If you haven’t stopped in to see our beautiful Woodland Wonderland Christmas tree; do so before Christmas – it’s to your right when you enter the library, and, don’t forget our giving tree; help out your library this holiday season.

Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour is in full swing. Come join us Tuesday, Dec. 23, at 9:45 a.m. to hear stories about Christmas. There will be no story hour on Dec. 30. We will meet again Tuesday, Jan. 6, for Dinosaurs. We will be reading stories and making a shape-a-saurus to take home.

This Friday, Dec. 19, at 6 p.m., we are having a special Family Movie Night; we are showing The Polar Express. Bring the family in for our holiday tradition. We will provide the hot cocoa and cookies and other magical effects; remember to wear your PJ’s.

After the holidays, we will be showing another teen/adult movie Friday, Jan. 9, at 7 p.m.: the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. We provide the popcorn; you bring your own beverage.

We will be closing at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24. We will remain closed through Thursday, Jan. 1. The Library Board of Trustees and the Library staff wish you all a safe and happy holiday season.

We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from noon to 8 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
