Colgate Athletics and Bookstore Join Together to Host Second Annual Event
(Hamilton, NY – July 2015) Colgate Athletics is teaming up with the Colgate Bookstore to host the annual “Read with the Raiders” event on July 25 at noon at the Colgate Bookstore, Class of 2003 Events Room, third floor.
The event is free for children ages 3 to 13. Fans will be able to listen to stories read by Colgate’s very own student-athletes. Come wearing your favorite sports jersey.
There will also be pizza, craft activities, giveaways, and the opportunity to meet Raider himself.
Plus, the afternoon will include an autograph session and the chance to sign up for the 2015-16 Junior Raiders Fan Club.
The student-athletes and Raider are looking forward to having a great turnout for this annual event held downtown at 3 Utica Street and encourage participants to bring along friends.
