(Oneida, NY- Aug. 12, 2015) Oneida City Police arrested Casey P. Griffin, 25, of West Road Oneida Aug. 11 on the following charges; two counts of second-degree Criminal Mischief, a class D Felony and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief.
Griffin was involved in spray painting on area businesses and organizations causing damage. Among those include; Oneida Little League and Access Credit Union. Additional businesses were also damaged. Mazzullo’s, Robert Paul’s Tires, Signature Hair Design and a building and truck trailer in the Northside Plaza reported spray painting on their property.
Griffin was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond to appear Aug. 14.
