(Oneida, NY – Aug. 13, 2015) James P. Bouyea, 45, of W. Railroad Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 11 with second-degree Criminal Trespass and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief. He is alleged to have intentionally kicked in and damaged an apartment door and to have entered and remained unlawfully in another person’s apartment.
Butch L. Kenyon, 35, of W. Railroad Street, Oneida was arrested Aug. 13 on charges of; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Forcible Touching and second-degree Harassment. Kenyon is alleged to have applied pressure to the throat and neck of a 15 year old causing the victims breathing to be impaired and momentarily lose consciousness, he is also alleged to have forcibly grabbed the victim’s private area. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,000.
