(Oneida, NY – Aug. 27, 2015) Ashley Brown, 25, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was charged Aug. 25 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Byrne Dairy.
Robert G. Emmons, 23, of Madison Street, Oneida was arrested Aug. 25 on the following charges; fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, Petit Larceny, second-degree Harassment, third-degree Criminal Trespass and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Emmons is alleged to have in two separate incidents damaged another person’s cell phone, stole another person’s cell phone, unlawfully entered and remained in an Earl Avenue apartment after being told not to and strike another person with a plastic bottle while holding a 3 month old child. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond to appear Aug. 28.
