(Hamilton, Chittenango, Rome, NY – Sept. 2015) In the interest of protecting the community from identity theft, Oneida Savings Bank, with the help of Confidata Business Solutions, is holding three free “Shred Fest” events.
On Saturday Sept. 12 from 9 a.m. to noon the public is invited to bring their personal documents, financial statements, credit card offers, and other sensitive material to be securely shredded at no charge by the experts from Confidata Business Solutions.
The three events will take place at the Oneida Savings Turin Road office in Rome, Hamilton Office on Broad Street in Hamilton and the Chittenango Office on Genesee Street, Chittenango.
The process takes only a few minutes and Confidata Business Solutions will come to your car to assist you with your bags and boxes. A maximum of five boxes or 175 pounds of material per person will be accepted (no business shred, please).
To date the Oneida Savings Bank Shred Fest events have collected and securely shredded nearly 80,000 pounds of the communities’ confidential material, all at no charge.
This will be Oneida Savings 20th event.
