(Oneida, NY –Sept. 2015) The Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce recently announced that the 2015 Distinguished Award will be presented to Oneida Healthcare. The award will be presented at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner on Nov. 6 at the Kallet Civic Center.
The Distinguished Service Award is given every year to a community member or organization who has demonstrated service and commitment to making Oneida a better, more vibrant place to live. Oneida Healthcare has played an important role in the Greater Oneida area for more than a century.
Their “circle of care” now extends beyond their main campus on Genesee Street in Oneida to more than 20 care centers to serve the communities of Oneida, Canastota, Chittenango, Camden and Verona.
