(Oneida, NY – Sept. 29, 2015) David W. Bulak, 41, of Limberlost Road, Clinton was charged Sept. 24 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.
Ryan S. Rizzo, 17, of Sherman Street, Oneida was charged Sept. 26 with Possession of Open Container of Alcohol in Public and Possession of Alcohol under 21 Years of Age.
Kevin W. Netzband Jr., 29, of Williams Street, Oneida was charged Sept. 25 with Criminal Mischief. He is alleged to have intentionally damaged another person’s vehicle.
Vanessa L. Scott, 38, of Williams Street, Oneida was charged Sept. 28 with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Christopher R. Joslyn, 29, of N. Willow Street, Oneida was arrested Sept. 28 on two arrest warrants on charges of second-degree Criminal Contempt for alleged violation of a court order and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief or allegedly intentionally damaging another person’s property and on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to attend a scheduled appointment at Madison County Probation, as directed by the court, for completion of a pre-sentence investigation report on charges of Criminal Trespass and second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail without bail to appear Oct. 2.
