(Canastota, NY – Oct. 1, 2015) Kathleen Rapasadi decided, with the support she has received across the county, she must remain in the race for Madison County Court Judge. After winning the Conservative line in a primary this September she said it made sense to give Madison County voters the choice to elect the candidate with the most experience in local courts and two decades of experience as a prosecutor.
“The outpouring of support has been tremendous since winning the Conservative line.” Rapasadi said. “We had an incredible showing, fighting against the party establishment, and giving Republican voters the option to have a truly conservative, independent judicial voice. Madison County needs an experienced prosecutor and family court attorney on the bench.”
Since winning 2-1 in the race for the Conservative line, Rapasadi has been going door-to-door to let the electorate know they have a serious choice to make this November – an independent or the establishment candidate.
“I am not a politician and I don’t ever intend to be,” Rapasadi said. “The important thing for Madison County is that we have a person with the right experience who can make the tough decisions. I hope Madison County voters see that I am that person. I know it is tough to run without the support of the party bosses and the establishment class but I am up to the challenge. Please join me, and make a clear statement, that experience matters.”
