Oneida police patch(Oneida, NY – Oct. 16, 2015) Thomas A. Vanluvanee, 27, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was charged Oct. with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is alleged to have intentionally broken a vehicle window out causing glass to break into the vehicle where a 2 year old was present in the vehicle.

Hannah M, Hawes, 17, of Earl Avenue, Oneida was arrested Oct. 11 on charges of; Driving While Intoxicated, Operating with a BAC of .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol, Passed Stop Sign, Operating out of Class and Suspended Registration.

Alison A. Cooley, 25, Whitelaw Road, Canastota was charged Oct. 11 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.

Constance A. Digennaro-Ho, 29, of West Road, Oneida was charged Oct. 12 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.

Brian D. Moyer, 32, of Streeter Road, Munnsville was charged Oct. 11 with third-degree Criminal Mischief, a class E Felony.

Paul M. Mathews, 35, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Oct. 9 on a charge of second-degree Criminal Contempt. He is alleged to have violated a court order.

Caroline L. Joslyn, 58, of N. Warner Street, Oneida, Harry J. Joslyn Sr., 53, of Stone Street, Oneida and Ricky L. Clark, 44, of Park Avenue, Utica were charged with Possession of Open Container of Alcohol in Public Oct. 12 at Higinbotham Park.

Chelsea A. Janes, 23, of Main Street, Durhamville and Stephanie A. Janes, 23, of Main Street, Durhamville were charged Oct. 12 with Petit Larceny. They are alleged to have stolen merchandise from Parkside Liquors in the Northside Plaza.

Todd M. Allen, 37, of Old County Road, Clockville was issued a criminal summons Oct. 13 on a charge of second-degree Criminal Trespass. He is alleged to have unlawfully entered and remained in another person’s apartment.

Amber J. Kodya, 36, of Barlow Street, Canastota was arrested Oct. 13 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to pay restitution as directed and failed to appear on a charge of Issuing a Bad Check.

Michael P. Fusillo, 42, of Mechanic Street, Canastota was arrested Oct. 13 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear on a charge of third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.

Tanaia M. Graham, 28, of Madison Street, Oneida was charged Oct. 14 with second-degree Criminal Contempt. She is alleged to have violated a court order.

Stephen F. Castle, 58, of Albany Street, Cazenovia was arrested Oct. 14 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear on charges of; Driving While Intoxicated, Operating With a BAC of.08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol, Passed Stop Sign, Refused Pre-Screening Breath Test and Failed to Keep Right. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
