(Chittenango, NY – Oct. 2015) The Sullivan Free Library at 101 Falls Blvd. in Chittenango will be offering another session of coloring for adults (16+) on Thursday Oct. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Adult coloring books have become popular in recent years. Coloring has been shown to reduce stress by providing distraction and relaxing, as well as stimulating creativity and use of color.

The library will provide coloring pages designed for adults as well as markers, gel pens, colored pencils and watercolor pencils.

Light refreshments will be provided.

  1. I have great passion for coloring since i was 14. I grow to be addicted to coloring this made me to see coloring in a different dimention.It has been a great tool for me and my family in relieving stress and it also helps me relax after a hectic day.
