(West Eaton, NY – Oct. 2015) Bar-20 Cowboy Action Shooters will host an IDPA shoot on Saturday Oct 24 at the Eatonbrook Rod and Gun Club, West Wilcox Road, West Eaton. This is the last IDPA shoot for the club this year.
There will be 4 stages set up (around 60 rounds). The club has found this to be best suited to the room allowable.
There will be a 5th Stage; since bug is now an actual class this stage will be used so you may try another gun. This will be after the regular shoot, time permitting. This will be 5 shots from the low ready position.
Set up is Saturday morning Oct 24 starting between 8:30 and 9 a.m. Shooting starts at 10 a.m. with a safety meeting approximately five minutes before 10.
People are encourage to get there early and help set up.
Shooters are reminded that this is a cold range; this means your gun may only be handled in the designated safe area and at your own vehicle and must remain unloaded at all times. Registration is $10 and will be at a table at the berm.
Club will be available for bathroom facilities. Bring your own lunch or snack and drinks.
No alcohol of course.
Even if you do not shoot, stop and see if you would be interested and don’t worry if you have never done it. Help is available at this shooter-friendly club.
