To the Editor:
(Morrisville) Family Court is hard. It doesn’t matter if you are the plaintiff or the defendant, it is difficult on everyone, and the most difficult for any children that are a part of the proceedings.
While every circumstance is different, it is a tough situation for everyone involved. As our family struggled through those times, it was because of Marian Cerio that we were able to get through … not just the legal end, but the emotions and logistics of our new family dynamics.
Marian showed compassion and caring as she helped us through the difficulty of going through family court. Marian was able to guide us to set aside our own emotions and think about our children first and what would be best for them, what they may be seeing from their child’s point of view, and Marian helped us see what the priorities should be.
Marian was tireless in searching for compromise and shedding light on the situation. She knew exactly what we needed, even when we didn’t.
It is because of my experience in Madison County Family Court that I do not hesitate to vote for Marian Cerio. The children and families of Madison County need her. It doesn’t matter if you are Democrat or Republican, it matters that she cares about our families and will do what is right.
Marian Cerio has the experience that Madison County needs to help restore families and give them hope that all will get better. She has my vote.
