(Oneida, NY – Nov. 13, 2015) Cody J. Miller, 22, of Phillips St. Oneida was issued a criminal summons Nov. 11 on a charge of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
Frederick L. Scerbo, 72, of Stone St. Oneida was issued a criminal summons Nov. 11 on a charge of second-degree Harassment. He is alleged to have physically harassed another person.
Manuel L. Valdez, 37, of Seymour St. Syracuse was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.
