(Cazenovia, NY – Dec. 2015) The third and final program by the Alzheimer’s Association, Central NY Chapter, will be held at the Cazenovia Public Library on Monday Dec. 14 from 9 to 11 a.m.
When someone is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, friends and family have many questions. “Living with Alzheimer’s for Late Stage Caregivers” provides the opportunity to learn about the late stage of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, and offers information needed to provide optimal end of life care.
