(Oneida, NY- Jan. 2016) Some reviewers call the fad therapy while others liken it to Zen meditation, but whatever the motivation adult coloring books are a publishing phenomenon, with some 2-million copies of “The Secret Garden” alone sold worldwide.
For the curious and the skeptical, Oneida Public Library introduces coloring for adults at “Coffee, Cookies and Crayolas” Tuesday Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. Librarian Michele Ryan will preside, offering the necessary art supplies, refreshments and advice, if needed.
The coffee and coloring klatch for adults is free and open to the public.
