On February 28, 2016, at approximately 11pm, State Police responded to a property damage accident on State Route 12 in the Town of Boonville, Oneida County.
When Trooper Robert Staskoski arrived at the scene he discovered the vehicle 150 feet off ST-12 and into a marsh. The operator, Carol A. Crill, age 65, of Prospect NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and found to have a BAC of .19%.
Crill was charged with Aggravated DWI, Moving from Lane Unsafely and Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Boonville court at a later date.
