Scott C. Dryer, 46, West St., Oneida was arrested March 1 on an arrest warrant on a charge of second-degree harassment.
Daisha L. Lopitz, 19, Forest Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons March 1 on a charge of second-degree harassment.
Harry J. Joslyn, Sr., 54, Stone St., Oneida, was charged March 1 with third-degree assault for allegedly striking a 50-year-old female in the face, fracturing a tooth.
John R. Miller, IV, 16, Seneca St., Oneida, was charged Feb. 25 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He is alleged to have possessed brass knuckles.
Connor M. Parisou, 22, Parker St., Sherrill, was charged Feb. 26 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while using an electronic device. He is alleged to have possessed an asp billy club.
Amanda E. Coonrod, 32, Lenox Ave., Oneida, and Sara M, Coonrod, 26, Ball Ave., Canastota, were charged Feb. 26 with disorderly conduct.
Peter A. Taylor, 50, Genesee St., Oneida, was arrested Feb. 27 on charges of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alchol content of .08 percent or greater, aggravated driving while intoxicated, movign from lane unsafely, failure to use designated late, failure to keep right, driving on the shoulder and no seat belt.
Tyler M. Atkinson, 17, Fitch St., Oneida, was issuied an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana Feb. 26.
Seth Schaefer, 19, Pexton St., Sherrill, was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana Feb. 28 at Mt. Hope Reservior.
Aiden Harding, 17, Summit Ave., Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana Feb. 27.
