On March 3, 2016, Morrisville State Police arrested Jason J. Buskey, Sr., 40, of Liverpool, charging him with second-degree criminal contempt after contacting a family member in violation of a stay-away order of protection.
Buskey was arraigned before Smithfield Town Justice Michael Corpin. He was remanded to Madison County Jail on $200 cash bail; he is to return to Smithfield Town Court March 14 at 5 p.m.
