“We will be interviewing a prospective code enforcement officer applicant at the start of the meeting and will also be discussing preliminary highway road plans, sand bids and status of the LMLL committee review to date,” said Supervisor James Goldstein. “We will also be discussing the potential impact of the Emkey bankruptcy on town assessments and tax payments on town and county taxes.”
