On Friday, April 1st, 2016 the Utica Zoological Society presented the 14th annual John J. & Wilma B. Sinnott Conservation Award to Johnson Park Center. The award was established to recognize the efforts of local individuals or organizations who are dedicated to the preservation of the earth’s wildlife and natural resources.
Johnson Park Center’s LEED certified buildings include solar panels, geothermal heating/cooling, and on demand water heaters for their residents.
