SUPERVISORS REPORT

*Approval of Warrant No. 8

1. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT: Approve the appointment of Tammy Burkhart, Personnel Officer, as the City of Oneida ADA Coordinator and further approve the City of Oneida Americans with Disabilities Act Grievance Procedure. (Rose)

2. MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from the Chamberlain, City Clerk, Comptroller, City Engineer, Director of Planning and Development, Fire Chief, Police Chief, and Recreation Director.

3. POLLING PLACES: Designate the polling places in the City of Oneida for 2016; Wards 1 & 2 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and Wards 3, 4, 5 and 6 at the Kallet Civic Center. (Pulverenti)

4. SPECIAL EVENTS APPLICATIONS: Approve the Special Events Applications for the Wilber Duck Mile to be held on May 20, 2016 and the City Wide Cleanup on April 30, 2016. (Pulverenti)

5. PROPOSAL: Authorize the Mayor to sign the annual proposal with LSDI, Syracuse for SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) & Supportive Systems Professional Maintenance Services at the WWTP in the amount of $13,380. (Rauscher)

6. VEHICLE TRANSFER: Approve the transfer of the Police Department’s 2006 Ford Taurus and 1998 Ford Expedition to the Fire Department to be used for training purposes in vehicle accident rescues. (Salerno)

7. SEQR – ONEIDA RAIL TRAIL PHASES I AND II: Pursuant to SEQRA, review the Short Environmental Assessment form, declare the Council as lead agency, classify as an Unlisted Action, issue a negative declaration and authorize the Mayor to sign the Short Environmental Assessment Form relating to the Oneida Rail Trail Phases I and II. 8. LIQUOR LICENSE NOTIFICATION: Receive and place on file the standardized notice form of a new application that will be filed with the State Liquor Authority for an on-premises alcoholic beverage license by Ye Olde Pizza Pub, Inc., 403 Lenox Ave. (Pulverenti)

9. BUDGET TRANSFER: Approve transfer of monies to fund Capital Project 16-04 WWTP Disinfection Improvements. (Pease)

10. CLOSEOUT CAPITAL PROJECTS: Approve the closure of Capital Project 15-02 Police Cars and Capital Project 15-03 Police Equipment. (Pease)

11. PROPOSED LOCAL LAW: Receive and place on file a proposed Local Law amending the City’s Zoning Regulations relative to electric vehicles, pursuant to SEQRA, review the Long Environmental Assessment form, declare the Council as Lead Agency, classify as a Type I Action, issue a negative declaration, and authorize the Mayor to sign the Long Environmental Assessment form, and further schedule a public hearing for Tuesday, June 7, at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 109 N. Main St., Oneida and refer said proposed Local Law to the Planning Commission for their recommendation. (Bell/Rose)

12. BASIC FINANCIAL STATEMENTS: Receive and place on file the Management’s Discussion and Analysis and Basic Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2015. (Pease)

13. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign a five-year Subscription Renewal Agreement with Emergency Services Marketing Corporation, Inc. in the amount of $3,087 as duly licensed provider of IamResponding.com’s Emergency Responder Reply System for the Fire Department. (Salerno)

14. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROPOSAL: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Proposal with O’Brien & Gere Engineer’s, Inc. for the Effluent Disinfection Project (Final Design Change Order Request) in an amount not to exceed $24,000. (Rauscher)
