On April 24, 2016, at approximately 2:30 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-190 for multiple traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle, Kathleen M. Schmeh, 42, of Angola, was found to be intoxicated. She was transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.25%. Schmeh was subsequently charged with:- Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Misdemeanor

She was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Buffalo Court May 4 at 9:30 a.m.
