State Police in Remsen arrested 30-year-old Jason M Battle from Poland for driving while intoxicated after a vehicle and traffic stop Friday, May 6, in the Town of Trenton.
Troopers stopped Battle on Powell Road for making a left-hand turn without signaling. Battle was processed at SP Remsen where he had a reportable blood alcohol content of .17 percent. He was issued tickets returnable to Trenton Town Court for May 16 at 4 p.m.
