Utica Players to GoPlayers-to-Go of Players of Utica announces open auditions for the 2016 Loomis Gang Train Robberies on the Adirondack Scenic Railroad. Auditions will be held Thursday, June 16, at Players Theater, 1108 State St., Utica, commencing at 7 p.m.

Robberies are every Wednesday for nine weeks from July 6 through Aug. 31 and originate at the Thendara Station. There are 3 shows per day. Actors should be prepared to be in Thendara from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., must provide their own transportation to Thendara and are expected to do a minimum of three weeks of shows. A small travel stipend and meal will be provided weekly.

Characters we are seeking include, but are not limited to, Loomis Gang robbers and family, sheriff, saloon girl, judge, undertaker, schoolmarm, banker, cowboys, cowgirls and entertainers.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to participate. For additional information, call 315.724.7624.
