Major Francis S. Coots of the New York State Police and Chief Deputy Joseph Lisi of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, announce the arrest of 24 year old Anthony M. Race, of Vienna, NY, for four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, class “A” Misdemeanors.
Race is accused of having inappropriate contact on several different occasions with a 10 year old female and 13 year old female in the Town of Vienna. He was arraigned in the Town of Vienna Court and remanded on the Oneida County Jail on $4,000 cash, or $10,000 bond. The victims were offered services through the Madison and Oswego County CAC’s.
The investigation was conducted by State Police Investigator Jamie Gallagher, who is currently assigned to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center. The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center is a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary team that fights child abuse by providing a wide range of services for child victims, while also aggressively pursuing the offenders of these crimes.
