On June 15, at approximately 2:20 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Jeannires Perez, 51, of Bronx; and her passengers, Felix Perez, 50, of Bronx; and Jessica Kimball, 27, of Rutland, Vt., were found to be in possession of heroin, crack-cocaine, cocaine, ecstasy, and drug paraphernalia in numerous locations in the vehicle and on their bodies.

All were taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Albany.

Jeannires Perez was subsequently charged with:
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree; a Class B Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree: Intent to Sell; a Class B Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree; a Class D Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
  • Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
She was arraigned before the Town of Coxsackie Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $75,000 bond.

Felix Perez was subsequently charged with:
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree; a Class B Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree: Intent to Sell; a Class B Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree; a Class C Felony
  • Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
He was arraigned before the Town of Coxsackie Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $200,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
Jessica Kimball was subsequently charged with:
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree; a Class B Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree: Intent to Sell; a Class B Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
  • Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
