We hope you enjoyed our Summer Reading Program this year, and would like to thank the many people, organizations, and businesses who made this program possible including the staff and trustees of the Hamilton Public Library, the Friends of the Library, and our many partners and volunteers who helped keep things running smoothly this summer— Maureen and Max Wallace, Delaney Brewer, Jadyn Wong, Diane Finch, Kathy Welch, Joan Prindle, Renee Rashford, Diana Cassulis, Joan Ford, David Beattie, the Village of Hamilton Summer Recreation Program, and the Colgate Outdoor Education Department. Our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Hamilton Community Chest, Colgate Bookstore, Hamilton Movie Theater, Yogate, and Maxwell’s Chocolates and Ice Cream for their sponsorship of our Summer Reading Program—helping to inspire 140 participants this year! We would also like to offer a special thank you to our area schools and media outlets, for helping us spread the word about our special programs and events.

If your children or teens signed up to participate in our Summer Reading Program this year, please remind them to bring their completed reading record(s) to the library circulation desk by August 13 th to pick up their goodie bag and collect the tickets they have earned to enter to win big ticket prizes. Winners of these Big Prize Drawings will be notified the following week.

The Library is normally open Monday-Friday, 10am to 7pm, and Saturday, 10am to 1pm. Please visit or call the Library (315) 824-3060 during these hours for assistance. The book drop at the front of the building is always available for your convenience.
