Parks Commissioner Dave Short announces the closure of Addison Miller pool due to a malfunction of the pump. The City will be working at the pool over the next week to try and have it reopened before the season commences. The two other city pools, Buckley (east Utica) and Seymour (north Utica) are fully functioning and open to all residents.
