State Police in Marcy is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver in the photos above.
The photos were taken on Sept. 12, 2016, at approximately 3:35 pm from security cameras at the Central New York Psychiatric Center parking lot on Old River Road in the Town of Marcy.
