
The Sierra was stopped a short time later. The driver of the vehicle, Nathaniel R. Daly, 40, and his passenger, Cora L. Keyes-Anders, 52, both of Madison, Ohio, were found to be in possession of a loaded .44 caliber revolver and a loaded 9mm Ruger, one of which was reported stolen to the East Lake Ohio Police Department. Both were taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Buffalo.
Daly was subsequently charged with:
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree; a Class C Felony
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree; a Class D Felony
- Criminal Possession Stolen Property in the 4th Degree; a Class E Felony
- Menacing in the 2nd Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
He was arraigned before the Town of Stafford Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.
Keyes-Anders was subsequently charged with:
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree; a Class D Felony
- Criminal Possession Stolen Property in the 4th Degree; a Class E Felony
