The Morrisville State College athletics department conducted their second annual Back to School Drive through the end of September, donating just over 2,000 collected school supply items for the students in the Morrisville-Eaton Central School District.
The items were presented Monday morning to the teachers, staff and students at the Edward R. Andrews Elementary School during their Character Education assembly.
Student-athlete representation from women’s ice hockey, softball, women’s basketball, volleyball, football and the men’s soccer team assisted in delivering supplies as they were applauded for their efforts on character, civility and service to the community.
