Local farmers and artisans invite you to join them at the first Poolville Winter Farmers Market of the season. The market will take place Saturday, Nov. 4, from 10 a.m. to noon. Be sure to come out to shop as there are some fun developments in store to kick off the market’s ninth year.
Back by popular demand, market-goers can once again enjoy cups of delicious coffee for a donation. While drinking that coffee, relax in the café and catch up with friends and neighbors. Our first guest chef
of the season will be Bueno Taco and their taco truck.
The Poolville Farmers Market is a producer-only market meaning shoppers can rest assured the items
they purchase there were grown, raised or created by the vendors, and all vendors live within 50 miles
of the market. Purchases made at this market go directly toward supporting local family farms and artists.
Grocery items to look forward to include fresh produce, greens and micro-greens, eggs, maple, honey, cheese, bread and pastries, beef, chicken, pork, lamb, goat, jams and jellies and more. This year, the market will host artisan vendors for the months of November and December to give everyone a chance to find something special for the holiday season. Shop for one-of-a-kind soaps, jewelry, hand-crafted wood products, fiber and yarn, candles, hand-sewn aprons and blankets and more.
So gather up some friends and come down to this sweet little market to shop. There is so much to
choose from: great groceries, unique arts and crafts, tasty tacos, coffee and conversations. The market
is held in the Poolville Community Center at 7484 Willey Road the first and third Saturdays of each month from November to April.
